General Questions

How do I find the right tires for my vehicle?

You can use our Vehicle Tire Finder tool to select your vehicle's make, model, and year. We'll show you all compatible tire options. Alternatively, you can search by tire size if you know it.

What tire size do I need?

Your tire size can be found on the sidewall of your current tires or in your vehicle's owner manual. It typically looks like "P215/65R15". You can also use our vehicle search tool which will automatically find the correct size.

Do I need to replace all four tires at once?

While it's ideal to replace all four tires together for optimal performance, it's not always necessary. For all-wheel drive vehicles, we recommend replacing all four. For other vehicles, we recommend replacing at least two tires at a time on the same axle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and financing options for qualified customers.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need to make changes.

Do you offer price matching?

Yes! We offer price matching on identical products. Contact us with proof of the lower price and we'll match it.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. Please contact us for special shipping arrangements.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary based on your location and the number of tires ordered. Free shipping is available on orders over $ 500. Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Warranties & Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on unused tires in original packaging. A restocking fee may apply. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for complete details.

What warranties come with the tires?

All tires come with the manufacturer's warranty. Coverage varies by brand and model. Please see our Warranty page or contact us for specific warranty information.

What if I receive damaged tires?

Please inspect your tires upon delivery. If you receive damaged tires, contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for replacement at no cost to you.

Installation

Do you offer installation services?

We partner with certified installers nationwide. When you place an order, we can arrange delivery directly to an installer near you.

How much does installation cost?

Installation costs vary by location and installer. Typically, expect to pay $ 20-$ 40 per tire for mounting, balancing, and installation.
